Q: If you don't have a song that I want, can you get it?
A: Yes.

Q: Do you have all of the equipment necessary?
A: Yes, Piano Man Music is equipped with high quality sound equipment, including a sound system, speakers, wireless microphone, and CD and digital formatted music.

Q: Do you require anything additional for your DJ set-up?
A: Yes, Piano Man Music requires one table (for equipment). Also, Piano Man Music requests that the table be positioned within 10 feet of an electrical outlet.

Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: At this time, Piano Man Music does not accept credit cards because of additional processing fees. This allows us to keep our rates competitive. However, we do cash, personal check, money order, or any combination thereof, for payment.

Q: Do you provide lights?
A: Piano Man Music can provide lights for your wedding or event if you request them. Please call for more information on creating a customized package with lights.

Q: Does Piano Man Music provide Master of Ceremony services?
A: Absolutely, Piano Man Music always includes Master of Ceremony services with every DJ package! This is a very important part of being a "full-service" DJ so we can coordinate your event to the fullest while you relax and enjoy your event. Piano Man Music can also provide Master of Ceremony services exclusively if needed.

Q: What styles of music do you play?
A: Piano Man Music employs an extensive level of experience to play diverse styles of music that are proven to provide an entertaining and engaging party atmosphere. Ultimately, however, this is YOUR wedding or event and Piano Man Music is committed to playing what YOU want!

Q: Do you do outdoor weddings or events?
A: Yes, Piano Man Music does indoor and outdoor weddings and events. However, we prefer a covered area if outdoors.

Q: How far in advance do I need to book Piano Man Music?
A: Piano Man Music is booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Popular wedding and event dates book quickly. Please contact Piano Man Music as soon as possible in order to ensure your wedding or event date is available.

Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes, Piano Man Music requires a 25%, non-refundable deposit (retainer) in order to reserve the date of the wedding or event.

Q: What happens if I cancel my event?
A: Payment will be refunded, minus the non-refundable deposit (retainer).
